The Neobuilding building has recently been fitted with new equipment designed to store electricity produced by rooftop photovoltaic installations. Aunilec Solar provided us with an Aunisol 5000 hybrid inverter, which was temporarily installed in our photovoltaic technical room so that we could carry out a series of tests.

Aunilec was founded in 1999 by Mr Aubertin and Mr Nicolo, who gave part of their names to the company. These technical sales specialists in electrical installation safety first opened a branch in Metz, before moving to Luxembourg in 2001.

Aunilec Solar's strength lies in its base in Luxembourg, which means it can offer its customers a local service and be there when they need it. It's also its stock: "We don't sell a product we don't have", explains Timothée Delebarre, operational director based in Luxembourg. Finally, it's the desire to remain at the cutting edge of technology and to "always offer additional functions compared with our competitors".

Aunilec, a manufacturer and distributor of soltuions for electrical back-up and energy savings, based in Guénange in Moselle, is aiming to establish its solutions in a booming market: photovoltaics in Luxembourg.
